I started to work on New Culture of Learning and I must say it has opened my eyes to elements such as curiosity, play, and collaboration within an organization. Traditional learning often feels still, but a new perspective showed me that growth happens when learners are encouraged to explore, question and engage in discussions. This change has challenged me to rethink how I approach professional development in my role.
Working on the Learning Philosophy assignment was a reflective process for me. I had to dig into my beliefs about education and bring out what truly matters to me. I realized that my philosophy is grounded in fostering autonomy, embracing challenges, and making learning relevant. I want to create an environment where learners take ownership of their growth, whether its for student's or staff.
