Succeeding in ADL

When I began this journey, my first thoughts were, “How will I succeed in this degree?”  This question loomed over me everyday as I felt overwhelmed as I tried to learn how to use the WIX platform for the first time.  What I needed to learn was to see the bigger picture in what I wanted to present.  More importantly was in how I visioned my innovation of technology and how it would create a significant learning environment (Harapnuik, 2021). Dr. Harapnuik article on “How to Succeed in the ADL”, emphasizes on key items that helped me prepare for the weeks to come in this course.  Changing my focus has helped me learn that innovating technology in the workplace has its perks and setbacks.  As I read on the COVA modal, one part of the model that stuck out to me was ownership.  Given ownership of my portfolio gives me the opportunity to showcase my work and also reflect on the journey to come to be able to grow as a person.  I look forward in learning more about COVA and how it will prepare me in this journey.
