Becoming a Digital Leader

The role of having a voice in my E-portfolio has allowed me to express myself creatively and personally. Expressing my values and experiences allows me to connect with the audience on a deeper level. In having a voice, its doesn’t only reflect in what I have accomplished but also as to who I am. It’s allowed me to showcase my accomplishments, reflect on challenges, and allowed for me to reflect on the areas I need to improve on. I hope as I continue to grow my E-portfolio, it will engage and inspire others who are on the same journey as me. It will allow me to use my portfolio as a tool to network with other communities and interact with individuals who share common interests and goals.
Utilizing my E-portfolio to become a digital leader has made me realize that the journey doesn’t stop in this class. It continually evolves as I venture through this journey. To be able to identify and realize opportunities to create a learning environment by using new technology is critical in become a digital leader in the workplace (Wang, Lin, & Sheng, 2022). Reflecting on my progress in creating this portfolio has allowed me to grow creatively, think critically, and set goals to learn and improve on. Becoming a digital leader allows me to demonstrate my skills, my innovations for technology in higher education, and what my vision are for the future. Documenting my work and watching it unfold on my portfolio these past 8 weeks has been an insightful journey.
